All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is not refundable. Shipping costs to return the item to us are not reimbursed. If you aren't home when the item is being delivered or refuse to schedule a pick up when UPS leaves a note on your door, we can't be held liable for that. Tracking information is sent via email. That should leave you ample time to make arrangements to accept the package.
If you live in an apartment building, UPS will not leave the package at your door. Provide a work address or an alternate non-apartment mailing address.
