Are all your products brand new?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, everything is 100%, brand new, factory sealed.

How much will it cost for shipping?
Shipping rates are displayed on the product page. If you purchase more than 1 item, your total shipping will be displayed at checkout. Don't be fooled by FREE SHIPPING schemes as those costs are simply rolled into the cost of the item.

I want to use your website so that I can dropship thems. Can I do that?
Absolutely !! All you need to do is make sure the Shipping Address is where you want the item sent. You can do this for Google Checkout and Paypal checkout. Best of all, our Dropshipping service is FREE !!

What payment options do you accept?
Google Checkout & Paypal are the only acceptable payment methods at this time. Mailing payments is not safe and the last thing we want to do is have you spend more money than you have to by slapping on an overpriced stamp !!!

After I place my order, when will it be shipped?
Shipping dates vary on the product. Some of the products are shipped directly by the manufacturer if we do not have them on hand. Most of the time, the time frame is listed in the product description section. Typically, orders ship within 3-5 business days. We try to ship them before that timeframe.

Is this site just for wholesalers to buy from?
Absolutely not. We want everyone to enjoy the same prices without having to pay overpriced fees to a company for the same items you will find here.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes you will. We will input that information into Google or Paypal once the order has been given to the shipping company.

Currently, we use USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Please contact us first if you want a product shipped to a PO BOX.

I want to use PAYPAL but don't see it as an option. What do I do?
Ecrater is GOOGLE Checkout happy. So in order to use PAYPAL as your payment method do the following at the checkout screen:
- Click the "Alternative Checkout" button
- Fill in the Shipping Information (This is where you want the item to be shipped to.)
- At the Payment Method Dropdown, select "PAYPAL".
- Choose your shipping method
- Enter any notes you would like to include with your order
- Click "Proceed To Checkout" button
- An Order Summary Screen Appears
- Verify the SHIP TO information is correct
- Click the "PLACE ORDER" button
- You will need to sign into PAYPAL to complete payment
- Verify the Payment Method is correct (valid Card #..etc)
- Change the "SHIP TO" address if needed
- Click "PAY NOW"

Tricky question.....yes and no. Email us if you want a product shipped to either of these locations.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery to you. Original shipping and return shipping are not refunded or reimbursed for any reason.
